Provenance: Private Collection Sussex. Klaus Ertz suggests that the as yet unidentified painter of the figures is from the circle of Sir Peter Paul Rubens. He suggests they may have been painted by Peer de Lierner or "Gonsal". He dates the work to around 1630. See illustration #6000-12000
