How To Sell

Selling at Duke’s

Duke’s are pleased to offer a free no obligation valuation for sale purposes. If you are able to bring your items in to our saleroom one of our valuers will be on hand to assist. If the item is too large, or you have a number of items please contact us to arrange a home visit.

Before the Auction

In the run up to the auction in which your property is consigned, you will receive notification of the lot numbers and any additional information regarding your lots. If requested, you will also receive an illustrated catalogue of the auction.

Proceeds of sale

Sale results are usually sent out via email a couple of days after the auction. Account settlement is usually made 4-6 weeks after the auction, subject to normal business conditions.
