A GEORGE II TWO HANDLED CUP of circular tapering form with "S"-shaped handles, part fluted decoration and vacant circular cartouche, on a tucked-in circular foot, makers mark "M" in a circular punch with star above and below, London circa 1730, 6.75" high (c.20oz).
