IMPRESSIVE HARDWOOD AND EMBROIDERED SILK FOUR FOLD SCREEN, QING DYNASTY, 19TH CENTURY each inset with a fine silk panel depicting exotic birds, blossoming branches, and insects, within an ornate relief carved openwork frame, with bats and dragons amidst vaporous clouds, surmounted by an arched pediment carved with two confronting four clawed dragons centred by flaming pearls, below the aprons with flowering urns and vases, each fold 55cm wide, 195cm high Provenance: From a Private Scottish Collection.
