An ever-changing rota of exhibitions grace The Gallery at Duke’s.
The adaptable space has hosted successful single artist shows and collaborative exhibitions bringing multiple creators and organisations together. Exhibitions span the years too, one of the most successful exhibitions held was ‘Hardy Country’, showcasing rare collection of aquatints by Slade artist John Everett (1876-1949) depicting Wessex settings in Thomas Hardy’s novels, a near sell out in 2018.
The ground floor gallery can be hired, the space benefits from ease of access by steps or ramp and is positioned between Duke’s Reception and YC’s Café, allowing access and a flow of footfall. Exhibitions are timed to coincide with auctions offering items of a connected theme to maximise their exposure.
