The Asian Art market continues to show incredible strength and growth, with Chinese works of art dominating collector interest. World record prices are now commonplace for the best examples from the Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties. Of particular interest are the highly prized objects that once graced the interiors of the Imperial Palaces.

The department holds two sales a year, which include porcelain, bronzes, jade, lacquer, paintings, scrolls, textiles and furniture, predominantly from China, Japan and Korea.
